Drink well to feel better.

Drinking water makes us live better: it helps us eliminate air, regain energy, eliminate toxins in the body but also contributes to having brighter hair and skin, boosts hydration and reduces water retention.

The rule is about 2 liters per day, especially in the summer (also according to the advice of the Ministry of Health - www.salute.gov.it) but we also need to know how to drink with method.

Here are some tips by Goccia di Carnia:

  • do not drink too much water at once: the large amount of water does not hydrate the body this way, but goes directly to the bladder

  • drink it in small sips: the water will reach tissues and avoid making you feel swollen

  • drink also at meals, without exaggeration of course: in fact food must be softened in order to facilitate the action of gastric acids and perfect digestion
